| This competition, now in its 13th year, highlights the quality and merit of wine produced from cool climate regions such as the Mornington Peninsula, Geelong and the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Tasmania and New Zealand. This event is to be held at Mornington Race Club between 27th May - 1st June 2012. The Judging will take place on Tuesday & Wednesday, 29th - 30th May 2012. The Public Tasting will be held on Wednesday, 30th May 2012. This is a unique opportunity for the public to match skills with the judges and is proving very popular with wine lovers and those interested in learning more about the different varieties of cool climate wine. The $15 admission includes a catalogue and a special tasting glass. The Awards Presentation Dinner will be held on Friday, 1st June 2012. Tickets are required for the Tasting and the Dinner and should be booked well in advance. The Red Hill Show Society invites your participation in these events.
